Colleen Ryan

From childhood, I was a competitive gymnast for over 8 years ending my career at the Class I level. Majority of my training years was at Central Bucks Gymnastics Club.

As an undergraduate, I studied computer science and went on to work in the field as a computer programmer for 5 years. I continued my education and received a Master’s Degree in education. Health and fitness has always been a passion of mine and as such I combined my degree in education with my love for health and fitness.

I have several certifications in group fitness instruction and personal training. I have taught at several health clubs and now have my own business where I teach group classes and personal train individuals and small groups.

Family is most important to me. I have 5 kids and love being a mom!

I am so excited for the opportunity to grow with Addicted 2 Dance.

Body Toning – Focus is on muscle strength and toning using light weights.

20/20/20 – 20 minutes of cardio kickbox, 20 minutes of easy to follow high intensity cardio step aerobics and 20 minutes of body toning.

Kickboxing – A high energy ultimate cardio challenge incorporating non-contact kicks and punches.

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training. Easy to follow, intense cardio workout.
