RECITAL INFORMATION
Dear Sean,

Our 7th Annual Recital Performance, “Dancing With Disney”, held at the Abington High School Auditorium, is just around the corner!  In this email you will find some information regarding events leading up to the BIG DAY!
 
Saturday, June 2nd – 3pm ~ Dress Rehearsal 
An email will be sent this month with rehearsal line up and details.  Dress Rehearsal is parent drop off. A2D has a full staff of teachers and volunteers to take care of your dancer during their rehearsal time.  No parents will be permitted into the theater during dress rehearsal.
 
June 9th ~ “Dancing With Disney” 
11:30 am Performance – for pre-combo, ballet/tap/jazz, 3-5 year classes and 5-7 year classes. 8-12 year classes, pre-teen/teen classes and company routines will  be mixed between both shows.  
3:00 pm Performance – for mainly our older dancers including 8-12 year old classes, pre-teen/teen classes.  
Company dances will be split between the two shows.

 How can your A2D Dancer grace the cover of our recital programs?  Whoever sells the most recital ad programs WINS!  (minimum total ad sales of $500.00) .   Last year Avery sold $2700 and was our winner!   Not only was she posted in  FULL color on the front cover of  EVERY program, but she was also on the cover of our recital DVDS AND received FOUR front row tickets as part of her prize package!  If you are the second place winner  (also minimum $500.00 ad sales)  your dancer will be featured as the back cover model!  
 Who should you ask to run an ad?  
ANYONE with a business or service!

Recital  Tickets
This year you will be able to purchase & print your recital tickets ONLINE!  Tickets will go on sale at the beginning of May (date TBA) on a first come, first serve basis.  We have assigned seating. The first 5 rows in all three sections will be offered as preferred seating for $23 for EACH Show.  All general seating will cost $19 per ticket (per show) or $28 for a ticket to both shows.

A picture, a sentence, whatever you’d like can be placed in our recital program. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends or teachers can send personalized messages to make your dancer feel special on his or her BIG DAY!

ALL ads must be emailed with the exact phrase and picture you want included.
Picture Shout Outs will be in Black and White.  
Please specify Picture Ad & Dancer’s Name in subject line.

One Liners…
$7.00 per “One Liner” (2 sentence maximum)
$10.00 for 2 separate dancers (4 sentence maximum)
