I Understand that this section applies to both IN-STUDIO and VIRTUAL FROM HOME (Simulcast) classes. I hereby release and hold harmless A2D | ADDICTED 2 DANCE COMPANY, it's directors, employees, contractors, and volunteers from and against any claim of any kind by or on behalf of the registrant and registrant's family, guardians, heirs, and assigns, including claims for serious injury and disability, as a result the registrant's participation in the programs and/or being transported to or from the same, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I expressly assume the risk associated with dancing and choreography and all other events and programs and performances sponsored by A2D | ADDICTED 2 DANCE COMPANY. I acknowledge that during my enrollment, I will have access to and become acquainted with but not omitted to various trade secrets, techniques and information created or licensed by A2D |ADDICTED 2 DANCE COMPANY. I that I will not disclose any confidential information directly or indirectly or use in any manner for any time during or after my enrollments and participation with A2D | ADDICTED 2 DANCE COMPANY. I will abide by A2D | ADDICTED 2 DANCE COMPANY and policies and will direct any comment or suggestion directly to the front desk.
